I don't know what to do! It looks like someone put some brake cleaner on it and let it sit and run on the paint. Now there's a bunch of big off-color spots on the front and on the side! They told me it was there before the clean up but I know it wasn't! I noticed one of the guys cleaning my car cleaned his washing glove with a pressure washer after washing a bit of the front of my car. What should I do??? I've been to this car wash since 2005 and they are good people, I just don't know how to handle this.

That sucks. I'd certainly try to talk to their manager, but I don't know how that would play out. Maybe your insurance might cover it, then they would go after the car wash.

Try to find before pictures and take pictures now, contact the manager immediately and bring it to their attention .

When I was looking at a used car, a 91 Volvo 240, the owner took it to the local carwash (been in business for over 20 years) and got it fully detailed. They ripped off the antennae to it. She told the manager and they fully upgraded and replaced the antennae and gave her free car washes for a year.
I don't know how good your place is but it worth a shot to tell the manager.
